Elias Glezakos

Elias Glezakos was born in September 1990. He grew up in Nea Smyrni and attended the 1st Lyceum of Nea Smyrni, from which he graduated in 2008. He then studied at the department of Physical Therapy of the Higher Technological Institute of Athens, from where he graduated in 2014.

For many years, he was involved in functional training and body building, collaborating with mostly young athletes. His great love of animals led him to get involved in amateur basic obedience training, as well as correction of behavioural problems in dogs. Since 2016 he has been working as a free-lance physical therapist, as well as at a rehabilitation centre for adults and adolescents in Argyroupoli, where in collaboration with the Metropolitan College of Greece, he was a mentor and advisor to young students. He became actively involved in the field of senile dementia and, since the end of 2017, he has been responsible for the organization and operation of the physical therapy department at an Elderly Care Unit in Voula.

Wishing to expand his knowledge in the field of paediatric neurological diseases, he has been collaborating with the Rehabilitation Centre for Children ‘E.N.A’ since December 2018.
